This is a currently unnamed visual novel prototype. It is built with TuesdayJS, with art created in Source Filmmaker. It is an erotic interactive story, where the player makes choices, guides characters through various sexual experiences, influences the world around them, and ultimately resolves the characters' storylines and watches them grow (or not) throughout the course of the story. It is currently in an Alpha state, meaning that new content is being added, and the existing story is unfinished. Expect abrupt endings and branches that lead nowhere. Keep an eye on the version number at the top of this page, to see if any new content has been added since you last played. Check the Update Log for detailed information.
You take on the role of 19-year-old Barbara Gordon, daughter of Gotham Police Commissioner James Gordon, computer-science undergrad at Gotham University, part-time library assistant, and Batgirl-in-training. Your story begins as Barbara rebounds off a rough breakup (with a boy, or a girl? Or maybe she was single this whole time?) and is unwinding from a steamy lesbian threesome with a pair of strangers who picked her up at the club (or was it the library?). From there, you guide young Miss Gordon through the debauched and depraved sexual underbelly of Gotham as she comes to terms with her complicated sexual identity, help her prioritize the myriad expectations the world has heaped on her shoulders, and learn the boundaries of just how far she's willing to go for the people she loves - assuming that love is even a thing she's interested in at all, of course.
This visual novel is played entirely in your browser. It currently uses high-resolution, high-fidelity images for its art assets. Unless your Internet speed is quite fast, you will probably notice delays as assets load for the first time. You can attempt to mitigate this by choosing the "Preload" button below. Once the preload is finished, or if you do not want to wait for the preload, you can choose the "Play Now" button. You will be redirected to a black web-page to play. Note that the preload is currently patchy. It preloads some images correctly, but not all of them. Please be patient with the game. I will try to improve the preloader if I can with later versions of the game.
